Joseph J. Borruso

Joseph J. Borruso Jr. (JB) of Farmingville, NY passed away on October 13, 2026. Originally from Brooklyn, NY, Joseph was a proud graduate of Brooklyn Technical High School class of 1967.
Following his high school years, he earned his undergraduate degree and MBA from City College in Manhattan, NY for Civil Engineering. He went on to become a Math & Science teacher at St. Frances Cabrini School in Brooklyn, NY. He had a fulfilling career throughout his life at Ebasco, Grumman, LIRR and Amtrak.
Joseph was a beloved Husband, Father and Grandfather. He is survived by his wife Kathleen. He is also survived by his children Joseph Borruso and his wife Dana, Jennifer Borruso; his grandchildren Anthony Malave, Gabriella Borruso, Isabella Borruso, Joseph Borruso and his puppies Morgan and Murphy.
