It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Mother, Nana, Sister, and Friend, Joann DeStefano.

Joann was the heart and soul of our family—a compassionate, loving, and incredibly strong woman whose greatest joy in life was being surrounded by those she loved. She was our rock, always offering unwavering support, comforting words, and unconditional love. No matter the circumstance, Joann was the person everyone could count on, and she carried her family through life’s greatest joys and most difficult moments with grace and strength.

To her children, she was a devoted and selfless mother. To her grandchildren, she was a proud and adoring Nana who treasured every hug, laugh, and memory they shared. As a sister and friend, she was loyal, kind, and always willing to lend a helping hand or a listening ear.

Joann had a remarkable way of making everyone feel welcomed and loved. Whether it was through family gatherings, heartfelt conversations, or simply spending time together, she believed that family was life’s greatest blessing. Her love created a foundation that will continue to hold us together for generations to come.

Though our hearts are broken by her passing, we find comfort in the countless memories she gave us and the legacy of love, strength, kindness, and compassion she leaves behind. Her spirit will live on in every lesson she taught us, every tradition she created, and every life she touched.

Joann will be deeply missed and forever loved by her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. While she may no longer be with us in person, she will remain in our hearts forever.
