It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Nancy (Anne) Newton, a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. Nancy passed away peacefully, leaving behind a legacy of warmth, laughter, and unconditional love.
Nancy was the devoted wife of 60 years to the late Donald Newton, with whom she shared a lifetime of love and partnership. She was a caring and supportive mother to her daughter Donna Newton, who carries on her legacy with strength and grace.
Nancy was a proud and cherished grandmother to Thomas Fleming, Alyssa Connor, and Bryan Fleming. Her love extended even further to her great-grandchildren: Chelsea Fleming, Thomas Fleming, Leah Fleming, Matthew Fleming, Anthony Fleming, Jake Connor, and Owen Connor. Each of them brought joy to her heart, and she took immense pride in their lives and accomplishments.
Nancy is also survived by her beloved sister, Chickie Russo, with whom she shared a lifelong bond filled with love, laughter, and memories. Nancy was preceded in death by her brother Donald Sackett, and her sister Julie Lawrence.
Those who knew Nancy will remember her as the kind of person who would make you feel at home with her generous spirit. She provided unwavering love and support to everyone she held dear. Her presence brought comfort, her smile brought joy, and her heart gave endlessly.
