AFTER THE FUNERAL, THE CARING CONTINUES.
One of the major differences among funeral homes is how you are treated after the service is over. Our commitment is to care for you before, during, and after you have trusted us with your arrangements.
Before a need arises, we offer extensive services to help you make your funeral arrangements well in advance. And after the funeral, we attend to the ongoing needs of you and your family members.
On-site Aftercare services
Our Aftercare Counselor is Eppie Larke. She is always available to assist those who might require a bit more support in dealing with a loss. Eppie maintains a library of informative and inspirational books, brochures, and videos that deal with grief and loss, such as explaining death to children, or finding new perspectives on the changes we must all experience. She also has access to many community support groups, grief counselors, and other professionals who specialize in these sensitive emotional issues.
For further support of our client families and the families in the community who have suffered a loss, we host a yearly bereavement seminar, and offer a program of remembrance during the holiday season.
